Vega Sicilia Único 2012 is a sublime expression of the winemaking legacy of Ribera del Duero, one of the most emblematic wineries in Spain. With a history that dates back more than 150 years, Vega Sicilia remains synonymous with excellence and distinction. The Único 2012 represents the best of its savoir-faire, a masterpiece made with rigor and respect for tradition. This wine is the result of a perfect balance between the selection of the best vineyards, a meticulous winemaking process and prolonged ageing that gives it an extraordinary ageing capacity.
BLEND
The Vega Sicilia Único 2012 is a blend mainly of Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) and Cabernet Sauvignon, from select vineyards in the Ribera del Duero.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: The Vega Sicilia Único 2012 has an intense cherry red color, with a dense and deep layer that reflects its great concentration. Its hue is vibrant and captivating, showing the intensity of the fruit and the work in the winery, while its bright nuances suggest the complexity that will be revealed as the wine breathes.
NOSE: On the nose, the Único 2012 displays an impressive aromatic complexity.
