TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Intense yellow color with bright flashes. Ultrafine and dynamic effervescence.

NOSE: Intense and concentrated bouquet of yellow fruits (white peach and mirabelle plum) associated with a delicious aroma of reduction in the form of hazelnuts and toasted almonds. Perfect, integrated and complex pairing of the almond, mowing and sweet pollen notes of the Chardonnay with the juicy red fruits of the Pinot noir.

TASTE: Concentrated yet energetic and vibrant on the palate. Enters the palate like a silky, almost unctuous caress, with soft flavors of candied citrus and iodized spices. Then the velvety texture becomes taut, the freshness crescendos, pure, precise and defined. The finish makes you salivate, supported by slightly woody, intense and saline notes that bring a sense of delicacy and concentration at the same time.
