Special cuvée is the result of a precise blend of several vintages, but especially of reserve wines that give it all its structure and make it a reference of the Bollinger style.

Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (25%) y Meunier (15%)

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: A golden color, a distinctive sign of black grape varieties. Very fine bubbles.

NOSE: Very nice aromatic complexity with ripe fruit and spice aromas: notes of baked apple, compote and peach.

TASTE: On the palate, we find a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity. The bubbles are as fine as velvet. Aromas of pear, brioche and spices, notes of fresh nuts are revealed on tasting.
