BLEND
It is composed mostly of Chardonnay (more than 50%), combined with Pinot Noir (between 30% and 35%) and adjusted with Meunier (between 10% and 15%).
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Pale golden layer. Very fine bubble that feeds a cord of very persistent foam.
NOSE: Delicate nose with aromas of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine's complexity is expressed in successive notes of vineyard peach and white fruits.
TASTE: Perfect balance between freshness and finesse with fruity flavors very present at the end of the tasting.
