Chardonnay (41%), Pinot Noir (33%) y Meunier (26%).

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Beautiful golden yellow color, very Champagne-like, dense and regular effervescence with ultra-fine bubbles.

NOSE: Broad, deep bouquet of ripe fruit (vineyard peach and William pear) combined with citrus (lemon and blood orange). Iodized and smoky notes, linked to autolysis and oak aging, add aromatic freshness. They are followed by notes of chalk and a slight reduction suggesting a concentrated and powerful wine.

TASTE: The delicious entry on the palate shows a powerful and gourmand texture, with a very juicy and concentrated sensation, comparable to biting into a ripe fruit. The velvety smooth liquid envelops the palate but lightens immediately thanks to its delicate effervescence. A beautiful line of chalky freshness provides length. The wine shows itself to be sweet, with that slightly toasty streak, yet very fresh, thanks to a finish that makes you salivate. Finally, smoky notes come through to support this very savory finish.
